Masters of Food and Wine


More than two decades ago, Park Hyatt brand started with the now traditional Masters of Food & Wine, an annual event that combines gastronomy and wine. The event has become an icon of the gourmet universe, aimed to join renowned chefs and sommeliers around the globe and accompanied by distinguished wineries that meet at the event with their finest labels.


The Masters of Food & Wine, was born at Park Hyatt Carmel, California in 1986. A few years later, Park Hyatt brand embraced it as it own. The event has been continually innovating and in 2012, Park Hyatt proposed a series of Seasonal Events which are developed four times a year, at the same time, at all Park Hyatt hotels around the world.


Park Hyatt Sanya Sunny Bay will host the very first gastronomic festival unique and exclusive Masters of Food & Wine Event for 2016 over the Chinese New Year period. The culinary team presents a seven course gala dinner, showcasing Cantonese, Hangzhounese and Western specialties, complimented by traditional Chinese performances. The gala dinner begins with an interactive session, where the participating chefs present each of the courses narrating the craftsmanship and the care that goes into its preparation. Each of the courses will be paired along premium wines and Chinese spirits.

The dinner is priced at CNY 12,888 per table(maximum 10 person). All prices are subjected to 15% service charge.
